Everyone was extremely nice and they do such a good job! I absolutely love it here! I get tricky designs on my nails and they NEVER disappoint.
I asked for a soak off and a new set. I waited a couple minutes to be seated but was moved because of an incoming appointment. When I finally got started to soak off my old set, it took longer than it was supposed to. I asked for acrylic color powder and they seem like they were confused on what I was saying. My nails came out crooked and lopsided and fat looking.. then when it came time to pay I was moved to the side AGAIN even though I was at the register FIRST! I paid $65 and wasted 2.5 hours. I went there yesterday and they normally do really good but this time someone else did my nails that I have never seen before and they were crooked and we’re all the way down my nail, so it looked like they had already grown out
I gave it a 1 star because of the lady leena who works there everytime I come she has a attitude she definitely not a people person I been coming here for years and never had a problem , don’t get me wrong I like the nail salon it’s just that lady leena DONT LET HER DO UR NAILS THEY COME OFF FAST AN SHE RUDE everybody else is good don’t say I didn’t warn u but the place itself is amazing the manager guy is awesome
