First timer here at Glam Italiano Hair By Simona. I was greeted with a smile, friendly welcome and a water. Kendra, the wax specialist, is amazing! I went for a wax for the first time in a very long time and Kendra made it so comfortable. She is so knowledgeable about different skin types and hair follicles - she educated me on my rare hair and skin type. Kendra also does facials!! Kendra was so sweet and a caring tech! It was my first time going to her and she helped me feel comfortable and the overall process was amazing! Highly recommend her for all waxing services!!
I love Simona and I love the salon experience. She takes time to explain what is the best style for your hair type and your face shape. She also suggests which products to use and what to do to style your new haircut at home. I definitely recommend her!
