I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience due to how unprofessional and discriminatory this business is. If you look at their Instagram page, you’ll notice they only showcase light-skinned women. They require you to fill out an online consultation form and upload a photo, and if you don’t fit the aesthetic they’re looking for, they simply won’t respond. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the values behind the brand.

Beyonce is amazing she helped me create a whole new look for myself!! All i’ve gotten is compliments through out this year since i’ve made the big chop - I recommend her to everyone that asks

My kiddo went here to get her hair dyed and the stylist, Sarenity, did a terrible job. I loved coming here and referring my friends and family here but after this wild stunt they pulled I won’t ever go back.

I wanted to make an appointment. I sent them a message on the website but I didn’t get a reply. I then sent them an email. No reply. I then called and there was no answer. I left them a message but didn’t hear back. I called them again and finally I talked to someone. She told me that Groupon made a mistake and ran a discount campaign that wasn’t approved. She said she would call me back and let me know if my Groupon would be granted. If not, I would be given a full refund. A week passed by and I still didn’t receive a call ... read more
