This was my first visit to the salon. Roxanna did a fantastic job on my short cut. I couldn’t be more pleased. She asked questions before and during the cut to be sure I would like the results. Will certainly return to this salon on my many visits to Melbourne. Thank you again!

been going here for 5 years- both these ladies are wonderful- I've used their hair and lash services and i'm confident everytime I walk in that I will walk out with exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend for whatever your need may be- they listen and they care about their customers

I've been going to this hair salon for 10 years, and I can’t say enough good things! Roxanna is incredible at her craft. My family from New York has come down to see her and loved their experience too. The vibe is always friendly, and I walk out feeling amazing every time. If you want a stylist who really cares and knows her stuff, this is definitely the spot! Here's some photos from my last 3 appointments.

I really hate to write this but my personal experience with this company is incredibly unprofessional. I had reached out and asked about a gift certificate that I had received. I was upfront about it being older and explained that I was just asking if they would still honor it. I never received an answer back. I even waited several days and responded with a “so is that a no?” And still received nothing back. What can I say? She's amazing, great talent. They do lashes,make-up,weddings,hair treatments, color, highlights, and products.
