I used the Google Reviews to book my appointment because I am new to the area. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. The service was great and friendly, definitely! The pricing was reasonable and upfront. Everyone was professional. The problem is that my hair is completely fried from root to tip and is just breaking off more and more. It looked okay when I left the salon, blowdried and smoothed down. I asked for a root melt and got baby light low lights instead. I had a picture for reference. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better haircut and friendlier service before. Karen made me feel extremely comfortable and gave me a great haircut, 10/10 will be going back!
This was my first visit to the salon. Roxanna did a fantastic job on my short cut. I couldn’t be more pleased. She asked questions before and during the cut to be sure I would like the results. Will certainly return to this salon on my many visits to Melbourne. Thank you again!
been going here for 5 years- both these ladies are wonderful- I've used their hair and lash services and i'm confident everytime I walk in that I will walk out with exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend for whatever your need may be- they listen and they care about their customers
