Jovita is wonderful, love my hair when she gets done.
If I could give 0 stars I would, I highly recommend making the trip to Puyallup to see Atlantis! After seeing Cynthia she not only ruined my hair cutting it like a bowl right before my graduation! Then she said she did not have the time to do the color we agreed on already letting me down since we agreed on a color but she was to tired from her pregnancy I’m assuming to follow through on my hair, then she said she did not have time to style my hair!
