Went to get my split ends cut off and she did like 3 snips across the back of my hair that took like 5 seconds said she was done and said that will be $25. She didn't even get the front of my hair at all. She only trimmed across the back and didn't run her hands through my hair or nothing to see if she got them all. She didn't ask me if I wanted my hair washed or anything. $25 for 5 seconds in a chair is ridiculous and is ripping people off. I could have literally had asked my husband to do what she did.
