I am so annoyed with this company and the young lady that runs it. On January 25, 2021 I placed an order for three bundles. On Feb 3, 2021 I received an email about preshipment. After 7 days the shipment status had not been updated so I sent an email on February 10, 2021. I did not receive a response but yet the owner was traveling the world on IG. I ordered some hair for my mom for her birthday and she received it quickly and the quality was amazing. Can't wait to order again!
Horrible customer service and the owner is very discourteous and impolite. I refunded my order after not receiving any status updates after 20 business days, I will not be purchasing from this vendor again.
An order was placed in March 2020. After several messages were sent to the business, an update was received via USPS stating that the order was in pre-shipment. That update was posted on 12 August 2020. As of today, 23 September 2020, there have been no further updates and the package has not been delivered. The business continues to not respond to any messages. Please take your money and business elsewhere. She is a scam artist!
