I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. The staff member who assisted us showed little to no interest in helping us or presenting the best options available. There was no effort to engage with us as customers, which made the visit feel unwelcoming. Additionally, after purchasing the ring, it was simply placed in a plastic bag.
