If I could give this place a zero star rating - I would. I went in today to get my bracelet reattached and to my surprise, the lady “helping me” started breaking off the links of my chain right in front of my eyes. She said “this bracelet is old and fragile” (it’s not). She was using her strength to break off pieces of my chain and then kept telling me “it’s because it’s old”… she held what was left of the bracelet up to my arm and to my surprise she had broke off the chain so much, it wasn’t even close to connecting.. that’... read more

I placed an order online for 4 items, 2 items were perfect, 3rd item I was sent the wrong size (1 size too small), the 4th item the hinge for the bracelet is broken. This is supposed to be a brand new bracelet but because of this I can’t even wear it. Falls off the second I move my arm in any direction. 2 of 4 items I purchased (spent $200+) I'm not able to use. Purchased a bracelet in late December it’s so cute I love it, however it keeps breaking. Sure, the staff are kind enough to fix it for me, but this is now the fifth time it’s broke and it’s only been 2 months. The quality is sub par and this experience makes me not want to shop there.
