Don’t have an online scheduling service if you aren’t going to use it or even look at it. I booked my appointment over a week before it was scheduled, called to confirm that appointment the day it was scheduled and still sat there while two other people got their hair cut during my scheduled time. I waited a half an hour before giving up and leaving. Glam Ave didn’t bother to apologize that they had ignored my booking and even laughed about the situation when I explained.
Haili was fabulous!!! I love my hair!
