I booked my appointment HOURS in advance & minutes before my appointment I received a message saying they’d need to cancel. I put my entire day on hold just to be sure I didn’t miss my appointment time, and STILL ended up getting cancelled on. What a waste of my day. You guys need to work on determining availability for your clients. What a let down.
This was my first time going to Haili Gonzalez, and she did an amazing job! I was a little nervous trying something new, but she made me feel comfortable right away and really listened to what I wanted. She took her time, explained the process, and made sure everything came out exactly how I pictured it. My hair turned out incredible, and you can tell she really cares about her work and her clients.
