Dr. Wolinski is great...
Apparently the office staff & especially the manager at the St. Charles office in Gladwin hate my husband Richard Gustafson who is on disability and has crippling MS simply because he wanted to know from Chad Wolinski’s staff there why they needed three weeks to send over a referral for him ?? 🤨??!! The staff manager there - Michelle Jewell - has not only shut down, but cancelled his online “portal” access thus preventing him from accessing records which he needs to send to a new provider. Although Dr Chad was a very good doctor and more as we closed in on 3 months. I should have listened to my wife along with my 1st appointment, she too was looking for a new Primary Care doctor. When we left we both had the same opinion, the Dr was great and the nurses. Unfortunately the office staff at the time of my posting this late March 2026 is where it fell flat. I see Nurse Practitioner Chad Wolinski here and I'm so thankful they just got Dr. Hassir Nassir. I hope I wrote the correct spelling. I have been looking for a Rheumatologist near me, for nearly five months, and then Dr. Nassir moved into the Gladwin Family Care. God is so good! My husband and I moved here from Hillman, Michigan to be closer to doctors, hospitals and other necessary services, plus family. We are so glad to find a town that actually does serve most of our needs or are close to those that do.
