Apparently the office staff & especially the manager at the St. Charles office in Gladwin hate my husband Richard Gustafson who is on disability and has crippling MS simply because he wanted to know from Chad Wolinski’s staff there why they needed three weeks to send over a referral for him ?? 🤨??!! The staff manager there - Michelle Jewell - has not only shut down, but cancelled his online “portal” access thus preventing him from accessing records which he needs to send to a new provider.
