I had my first visit and I can't express how happy I was with the staff, Dr. All of it! I'm so glad I changed to Gladwin Family Care.
Unprofessional Billing and Disrespectful Staff I had a disappointing experience with this office related to billing and communication. After my visit, I was charged an additional amount that I had not been informed about. I called on a Monday and spoke to a staff member who assured me it would be resolved. Despite that, I was still charged. When I followed up, I spoke with someone else who was not only unhelpful but laughed while telling me it was my responsibility to fix the issue. DO NOT GO HERE!! THERE IS NO MD. Set an appointment for a general visit after over 10 years of no GP. Not only was I not seen by an MD, some sort of nurse practitioner. But they failed to do even a basic physical. I'm not going to a doctor to see a nurse. Especially one who is so bad at their job. Avoid this place. Go find an actual certified MD. I think the staff is very polite and nice, the Dr actually takes time to explain things to me and addresses any questions I have. I've been going here for many years and I'm just glad I found this place.
