I am completely astonished by the help I’ve been receiving from the manager at this property. Bridgette is outgoing , & so kind & generous she relates to you on a personal level . She answered all of my questions and trust me I had a lot , she was respectful & patient . It’s refreshing to have a property manager that’s not only kind and efficient but organizing and approachable . She is responsible , knowledgeable and proactive . Lived here a week and so far it’s been good. Place is definitely a little older and little things in my unit could have been touched up and cleaned better upon arrival. The walking areas are nice and clean but the laundry rooms can use an upgrade. Overall it’s a solid place for the price in a good area.
Wrongfully charges extra and always have to correct mgmt (Bridgette) every month. If you don't pay your attention to your monthly bill, then be very very CAREFUL. Additionally, they aren't friendly to folks whom speak English as a 2nd language. Then proceeded to ban her from visiting the apartment office. The REM Group, her bosses does nothing about it.
