Wrongfully charges extra and always have to correct mgmt (Bridgette) every month. If you don't pay your attention to your monthly bill, then be very very CAREFUL. Additionally, they aren't friendly to folks whom speak English as a 2nd language. Then proceeded to ban her from visiting the apartment office. The REM Group, her bosses does nothing about it. Funny that on Google there’s a bunch of good reviews but yelp has the real reviews !! Bridgette is taken most of the bad ones down because her residents are calling her out ! Not a good fit for a manager what so ever . Tows your car , sends back your packages , loves to give out 3 day notices, won’t explain what the lease means , will ignore your emails if you’re not speaking nicely to her , she prefers her residents to call the police department to deal with issues with neighbors .
