Got a new manager named Alisha, she’s been super helpful! And on it! Great place and great staff. They make it feel like home.
Great community and staff! Lots of open space, trails, and great outdoor amenities like putting green, dog park and BBQ grills.
1- Management is horrible, You can never get hold of the actual manager, they only ones you can talk are Hope and another gal which they don't always know everything. 2-They never answer the phones. You leave a voicemail, and you only get a txt a few days after. 3-Internet is horrible. 4- They have security cameras that don't work. 5- Maintenance requests take a month to get done. sometimes you have to called non-stop the office to check on the status of the request. Dog poop all over all the grass areas. Reply to response from management: The issue has been reported multiple times with management. Also mice are over taking the property.
