Everyone there is very nice and helpful, I needed my watch resized and needed an extra link. After not being able to order the links individually they bought a whole new watch to move a link over 5 stars

The prices here are quite competitive compared to all of the other major jewelry stores in the area and I left very happy with my purchase.
