Everyone there is very nice and helpful, I needed my watch resized and needed an extra link. After not being able to order the links individually they bought a whole new watch to move a link over 5 stars
I was shopping for a special gift for my sister’s birthday and basically made the rounds to all the jewellers in Richmond Ctr. Polly was, by far, the most helpful, friendly and genuine person to deal with. Thank you Polly , your help was greatly appreciated!!
I purchased an engagement ring here and had a great experience. Both Patricia and Polly were lovely to work with and got me the exact style I wanted. The prices here are quite competitive compared to all of the other major jewelry stores in the area and I left very happy with my purchase. Definitely would recommend for anyone interested in high quality jewelry
