I purchased an engagement ring here and had a great experience. Both Patricia and Polly were lovely to work with and got me the exact style I wanted. The prices here are quite competitive compared to all of the other major jewelry stores in the area and I left very happy with my purchase. Definitely would recommend for anyone interested in high quality jewelry

What a wonderful experience. I’ve never bought jewelry before and had such a rewarding experience. Polly was so kind, so compassionate and so understanding. She is very good at her job! She asked really good questions and then made perfect recommendations. Not only will I return to this store again and again, I would highly recommend it!

Going into a jewelry store is usually daunting for guys but this place is amazing! The staff are nice and friendly. The price is the best compared to other stores in the same mall. Highly recommend to check this place out if you’re shopping for jewelry.

I visited Gladstone and had an excellent customer service experience with Polly. She took the time to answer my many questions and to help me find a beautiful gold chain that was within my budget. I’ll be shopping there again, happily!
