We called about our garage door not working and they came out the same day and took a look at it and give us a quote. The next day he came out and fixed it! Our garage is working great and is extremely quiet! We could not be happier!

They were able to fit me in first thing in the morning. My service guy was John was top notch. He replaced the sensors in 30 minutes and then programmed both of my garage doors to my Wi-Fi LiftMaster system. Gladstone Garage Door Repair Inc. did an excellent job installing my garage door. I bought the door openers myself, and he installed them. He alerted me to a wire for one of the openers that was not working properly. He was able to add an extra wire to make the opener work. He even connected my car to the garage door openers. Without a doubt, I will keep his phone number on file for any future needs or recommendations.
They have earned my business forever! The tech came out to install a new garage door opener only to realize my old one was not working due to a switch. He could have easily installed the new one and I would never have know, but he told me the truth at the expense of a sale. If only everyone did business with such integrity! We will be replacing the whole package before long and they will get my business.
