Used a coupon for Furnace check up and tune up. Professional friendly service. No strong arm upcharge.
We have owned our house in Gladstone for 30 years and wow have we had some "lemon" contractors. Finally asked a tradesman who he uses and he said Gladstone Furnance. We have had everything done and recently had them out for preventative maintence. We the home owner goofed up and thought they wer at fault. They came back out and it was 100% us making a rookie mistake. They were pleasant , professional and did not make us feel foolish. Crazy about this company.
Our AC stopped working during a heatwave. This was the first place I called, and I am so happy that I did. It took a bit of time before they were able to install, but it was well worth it Price-wise, extremely reasonable. Amy was very kind and excellent at communicating. The techs were all very kind and helpful
They were extremely friendly and helpful from the first conversation with the office to the representative that fixed our furnace. Price was also fair and reasonable. I would recommend using this company!
Gladstone furnace has gone above and beyond helping my elderly Father. During a bitter cold spell, my Dad needed service and called on a Sunday night. Not only did they talk him through the issues to troubleshoot, but came out first thing the next morning to repair. I am so thankful for this locally owned company willing to DO THE RIGHT THING.
