Unreliable poor workmanship dodgy work altogether
Extremely unprofessional rude service. Called for a quote and she arrived late. Was then told her husband would have to come around for a more detailed quote as it was a complex job no worries.. he never came. Called to check & was told oh he’s so busy I’ll get him to come around next week. A week goes by, no call email or text to say what’s happening only to have me ring and get nothing but bad attitude and excuses as to why he hasn’t come for the second time to do the quote. We had a great experience with Coops Fencing. Communication was excellent – they were quick to respond to emails, provide a quote, and lock in a date that suited us. The job was completed efficiently and looks fantastic. Really happy with the workmanship too. Highly recommend!
Never got the courtesy of a reply to my request for a quote.
Update: We have found aluminium shards in the bottom rail which has started to rust the colorbond. This should have been cleand before putting the sheets in. Still no response to my email 4 weeks later. Disappointing. Previous post: Team were really lovely and helpful through the entire lead up. They were very patient considering my circumstances.
