나는 출장으로 1주일간 숙박을 하였다. 사전 안내 없이, 청소비용 추가로 200불을 허락없이 결제하였다. 문의하였으나, 통화를 끊어버린다. 1주일동안 하루도 청소를 해주지 않고 1주일 숙박 후 숙소가 더럽다고 마음대로 추가 결제하는 호텔은 최악이였다.
This is the worst hotel that I have encountered, wasn’t expecting that it would be totally different from the photos online.It looks like the rooms are new but actually it is very outdated, furnitures are stained and worn out, carpet is dirty, curtains are stained, sofa is so uncomfortable, appliances need to be updated and the worst part is the mouldy bathroom. The hotel staff insisted that they are cleaned properly and we just have a different standard of cleanliness, that they are only a 4 star hotel and mold is expected ... read more
Another lovely stay. The onsite manager, office staff and the cleaning team are all super friendly and accommodating. 100% will stay there in future
