I made an appointment for a recall service replacement that I'd been notified 1 1/2 yr (s) prior. Now my first concern was I sat in a COLD waiting room for more then 3 hours. Secondly, during that time 7 other customers that arrived long after me where leaving before me. My problem is why make an appointment when you end up there most of the day? I might add this is not the 1st time this has happened and the appointment are always 7am???
I purchased a new Jeep on Sat 2/17/18, They advised the banks were closed to figure our interest rate, even though we have great credit. Found out on 2/22 (6 days later) that they charged us 6.9% interest rate - the highest we have ever had . I left the dealership with only 1 key because they couldn't find the other key , they were also going to change our wheels out from chrome to all black, after signing I was advised the wheel tech wasn't on site and they would change my wheels the following Monday the 19th. Kyle was our sales person and he did a great job! Management and Kyle worked with us on our trade value and in the end got to where we needed to be. The pre-owned truck we purchased was only on the lot for a day and had not been detailed yet. So they had us bring the truck back on next business day and put us in a loaner do that they could detail our truck. This is great customer service. Very satisifed with our purchase and how we were treated.
So far so good. I bought a used 2014 Chrysler 300. Everything went smoothly I dealt with the internet manager Gerald. He was very professional we came to a good deal my salesman was Undra "Andre" Matthews. He was fantastic to work with and really took care of me the process was very smooth. I was very happy with the purchase everything is going great. I had to have some service done to the car because the passenger side rear window did not work.
