A great place to stay in Gladstone! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were welcoming, and the location was ideal. We felt very comfortable here.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I'm honestly baffled at how this place qualifies as a four-star hotel. It's more of a rundown motel—and even that feels generous. We dragged our luggage up steep stairs with no lift or accessibility options in sight, only to enter a room that felt more like a windowless cell than a place to rest. The only window was a small rectangle near the ceiling, barely letting in any light. The space was dim, grim, and unsettling.
