First and foremost I have lived on over 30 multi family properties in my lifetime. The truth about Gladstell Forest is simple, they are a older property with one of the best management teams and maintenance teams available. From the front office to the maintenance team they are top notch honest hard working people trying to please everyone, and in my opinion they do a 5 star job. This place is an awesome place to live! I love it here! They're dog friendly too! I have recommended to everyone I know looking for an apartment!
Lived there for 6 years. They are very friendly and on top of things. Very quiet. Maintenance guys are quick and also very friendly and hard workers. Also if you have a large dog they are allowing big dogs.
I've been here since December of 2012. The staff is great. They always respond to any questions or maintenance problems from a new furnace filter to drippy sink. I have been lucky with nothing but good neighbors to date. The maintenance men are always on the job picking up litter around the buildings to getting into air conditioner repairs in the heat of the day.
