I ordered sympathy flowers to be delivered to a grieving family, and while the arrangement was delivered, the experience with the delivery driver was very upsetting. The driver called me because he was on the wrong street, even though the address was clearly written on the order. I gave him directions, and he scoffed and said “unbelievable.” I found this extremely disrespectful, especially given the sensitive nature of the delivery. I ordered a flower/plant arrangement for my mother from Gladrich and they were beautiful. My mother was very happy! She said the delivery driver even commented on just how beautiful the arrangement was. This was my second time ordering and I will continue to order from them. Arrangements are beautiful. Prices are affordable. And they have delivery service. I am very happy with everything that they done
