20 out of 5 stars. Mother’s Day arrangement was beautiful, but unfortunately the customer service was incredibly disappointing. I was a first-time, long-distance customer, with most of my family residing in Port Charlotte. Very disappointed in the value and service of this florist. I called six days in advance of when I wanted the delivery (I called on 5/2 for an 5/8 delivery) and spent $120 on this arrangement +$20 for delivery. The arrangement base stem was supposed to be a sunflower with the orange flowers added as a filler (Which I had to pay to special order). We ordered (2) large flower arrangements for our daughters wedding about a month in advance. The wedding was in Destin which was 7 hrs away and we needed to leave two days prior. I was worried they would not look as beautiful by Friday but Kerrie assured me if they were kept cool and watered they would be fine. We picked the arrangements up early Wednesday morning and they were stunning. After the 7 hr drive and two and half days, kept in a cool room with water, the flowers still looked beautiful. They don't send what was ordered. When I spoke to them, they were rude and said they have the right to use what they have in stocks. My girls paid for a beautiful flower arrangement, but that's not what got delivered. They didn't offer to do anything. It was like, oh well, we don't care now that we got your money. Save yourself from a headache and order from another florist.

I emailed Gladrich with a specific request for a bouquet with my sister's two favorite flowers. Gave my price range and they produced this gorgeous arrangement! It was beyond my expectations - Gladrich will be my florist of choice from now on!
