We lived here for two years, and I can honestly say that our experience was wonderful from day one. We never had any major issues with our apartment, and whenever something needed attention, the Glades team was always quick to respond and resolve it. A special thanks to Tawseef and Naaz for always being so cooperative, friendly, and helpful. Their support and kindness made us feel comfortable and truly at home.
We recently moved into Glades on 55 and have been really happy so far. The move-in process was smooth, and the management team has been friendly and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Naz was especially welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the start. The apartment is in good shape for an older building, and the location is convenient with grocery stores and other essentials nearby.
It was great place to live , very conducive environment and the staff was great with their customer services throughout my 3years of stay.
I put in an application and was denied, when I asked for the credit info do to the fact I'm currently going through fraud they have completely ignored me I have asked for it multiple times. Also we tried to change the application so my wife would be the lead and I was trying to communicate with them throughout this whole process and they have completely ignored everything I would recommend going somewhere else this place is managed by entitled people.
