Recently moved in here! The staff were super helpful and prompt with answering my many questions.
I've lived here for 8 years and there aren't enough services to get another parking space. Many areas are empty, there are a lot of mosquitoes, and my water tap is broken. The manager comes and sees it but doesn't fix it. The service is the worst.
We lived here for two years, and I can honestly say that our experience was wonderful from day one. We never had any major issues with our apartment, and whenever something needed attention, the Glades team was always quick to respond and resolve it. A special thanks to Tawseef and Naaz for always being so cooperative, friendly, and helpful. Their support and kindness made us feel comfortable and truly at home.
We recently moved into Glades on 55 and have been really happy so far. The move-in process was smooth, and the management team has been friendly and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Naz was especially welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the start. The apartment is in good shape for an older building, and the location is convenient with grocery stores and other essentials nearby.
It was great place to live , very conducive environment and the staff was great with their customer services throughout my 3years of stay.
