I would like to thank the management team for their excellent service especially TAWSEEF and NAZ. I had an issue with ants in my apartment, and the team responded quickly and professionally. They arranged treatment and made sure the problem was taken care of. I really appreciate their responsiveness and support. The staff are respectful and helpful, and I am happy living here. Thank you for taking care of your tenants!
This place is a joke. Charging $1,800 a month for a shoebox apartment claiming premium apartments but it's anything but. It's 100 percent smoke free but people can stink out the hallway and apartment for hours. Management is terrible. So if you want to live in a very over priced unit that smells like week old fish ass constantly then this is the place for you.
Remember when was Linwood Place Apartments I don't care if new ownership came took over the buildings still bring horrible flashbacks. Never lived there but was the exterminator and I don't miss it at all! 😢 Feels like PTSD.
It’s been nothing but comfortable and peaceful since moving into this building with my son and husband ! The community is very friendly, neighbours are sweet and down to earth. The neighborhood is nice especially when it’s sunny, my grand children come and visit every few times a week and the youngest one loves the park near the front of the building!! It has everything we need and it’s been very lovely!
