Remember when was Linwood Place Apartments I don't care if new ownership came took over the buildings still bring horrible flashbacks. Never lived there but was the exterminator and I don't miss it at all! 😢 Feels like PTSD.Â
It’s been nothing but comfortable and peaceful since moving into this building with my son and husband ! The community is very friendly, neighbours are sweet and down to earth. The neighborhood is nice especially when it’s sunny, my grand children come and visit every few times a week and the youngest one loves the park near the front of the building!! It has everything we need and it’s been very lovely!Â
New management is not good at communication, short tempered and unkind to their own maintenance team and tenants. I tried to give my moveout notice on family day, but I overheard the new manager berating an employee. The employee has been working in this building allot longer than the new manager has been, and has always been lovely to deal with. Rental employees and manger 's are great people to knowÂ
We have lived here 5 years this year and have seen a lot of positive changes and a lot of hard work put into the upkeep of the buildings by Anne and Scott. They make this place feel neighborly by staying involved and being compassionate. They don't make you feel like a bother when you bring them maintenance requests. They are accountable people and it's a pleasure having them as the folks who look after our home.Â
