We have lived here 5 years this year and have seen a lot of positive changes and a lot of hard work put into the upkeep of the buildings by Anne and Scott. They make this place feel neighborly by staying involved and being compassionate. They don't make you feel like a bother when you bring them maintenance requests. They are accountable people and it's a pleasure having them as the folks who look after our home.
When my friend passed away last year and we had to clear out his apartment, Leigh Ann and Scott were very helpful and understanding. More recently Sibel was very helpful in resolving an outstanding administrative item. Management made an unpleasant task much more bearable.
This is the perfect place for my parents and the suites are nicely renovated! Onsite management are a pleasure to deal with and respond very quickly to all e-mails and phone calls. Highly recommend!
Glades on 55 is a amazing place to live. Very beautiful area and peace full. Management is very respectful and helpful.
If you're new to Langley City and looking for a good balance between price, space, and quality, I definitely recommend checking out Glades on 55 (Realstar). The building itself is older, and you can tell especially in the hallways — the carpets and wall colors could use a bit of a refresh — but don't let that discourage you. The real highlights are the inside of the units, which are nicely renovated, spacious, and feel very comfortable for the price you pay.
