If you leave a message for the nurse, she will not receive the message. As such, you will not receive a callback. So the messaging system is effectively worthless. They still provide the opportunity to leave the message but it falls of deaf ears.

If I could give zero stars, I would, particularly because of my experience with the office manager. Regardless of the original issue, which was never resolved despite two months of repeated phone calls, emails, and explanations, the way this situation was handled was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I've seen multiple doctors at this office, and surprisingly, each one is worse than the one before. No one answers the phone. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because they do bloodwork on site.

Me and my friend were approached by two employees from here for free government phones and they told me i can’t get one because im not on their insurance. When I look online it says i only need Medicaid or food stamps and I have food stamps!!!!
