Since New Management took over, We have not been happy when it comes to community activities. Since new owners have taken over, there has not been any activity for community residence. Sadly, we may not renew our lease after 3 years here with new management.
Parking here has been a nightmare... I have had to called at least 5 times in the last few months go try and get various cars out if my spot. We pay for reserved parking and it always seems to happen after hours so I call the emergency maintenance line and I never received a call from th courtesy patrol after leaving the work order. I have spent hours waiting and sometimes eventually the person leaves before anyone arrives.
* PLEASE READ IF YOUR THINKING OF RENTING HERE! If you go to The Glades Apartment Website and click on Reviews you will see a lot of (or mostly) 5 Star reviews in blue. If you go to the second page of reviews and scroll down you will see that ALL the reviews are managed by a company called MODERN MESSAGE - You see I was a tenant there as of last month and because of the new management, the lies I had to move out so did everyone else (.....just look at all the available units for rent) The NEW Mgmt had to use a review service... read more
RecommendedIt has been an awesome year and 2 months in the community. Is a very safe, comfortable and great community. The locations is the best. Love living here.
Located in a very Nice quite side of town. Located in a very secluded setting adjacent to other Apartments & Condominiums. Close to shopping centers and malls. Also, nearby to schools, such as - Full Sail University and Florida Community College.
Defiantly a great place to live.. Staff is amazing and maintenance respond quickly!

Here in Altamonte Springs, there are many nice rental apartments to choose from. After looking at a number of options, I picked THE GLADES APARTMENTS. I chose it for its location close to most everything I need – within walking distance, in fact. I got their one-bedroom townhome because of its oversized rooms, 3 walk-in closets, full-size washer & dryer, private third floor balcony (which I turned into a “catio” so my cat can enjoy being outdoors), and the skylight in the spacious bathroom (I love the “music” it plays on rai... read more
