I was trying my best to avoid scams and somehow ended with one. No issues with the doctors (but they are part of the scam) but customer service is abysmal but I think the front desk was put in that bad situation by the owners. The best part was the theatric when the doctor was explaining the front desk what was needed and how much they need to charge me. For a second a thought the front desk lady was the oral surgeon ( giving her a break and not putting her name here). It was like a soap opera 😊. Spend 2 hours just to learn... read more
My experience was not good this time around. The last time i went i was pleased with the Dr. that I saw. Well this time i seen a different Dr. and was highly unpleased. She didnt show any concern about what my reason was for the visit and gave me information that was not helpful. I will not return nor recommend Dr. Janet Parks
First time impression was very warm and welcoming. Mandy the receptionist was cordial and had everything lined up for a first time patient. Thank you!!! Then Bridgett the hygentist was very good at cleaning my teeth. She had a very soft touch and technique that was effective and appreciated. Dr. Paul Arnal was great too. And the equipment he uses is new and state of the Art. I was impressed with actions and constant communication telling me what was going on. I was there this morning for 3 wisdom tooth extractions Dr. Gopi thota . From the minute I called to set an appointment the front desk was very helpful and quick with information and quotes . Dr. Gopi was very professional and precised with his work! Thank you for the amazing treatment. Will be back for ortho work .
Really irritating when they call to rescheduled your appointment youve had for 6 months bc their Dr is going on vacation and its gonna be another 2 months before they can accommodate the appointment time you need. 😑
