George is outstanding. After years of rushed appointments and wrong diagnoses elsewhere, he actually listens, nails the right treatment plan and responds to messages the same day. Appointments feel thorough, never rushed, and he’s great with both meds and practical non-medication. Highly recommend!
TL;DR: unless you’re willing to potentially waste $275 on a no show fee caused his lack of schedule management, don’t bother if you’re a new patient. He doesn’t check his calendar and will ignore you if you politely ask him to do so. Woody has some very strict rules for new patients including requesting a drug test (you can decline) and requiring the first appointment to be in person on a Thursday when he’s in the office. I have seen Woody close to 10 years and going. His notes must be meticulous to remember our last conversations and what has been going on in my life. When you fall or have setbacks, he partners with you to focus on what needs to be to get better.
George H. Glade is the best. He has helped my situation for 13 years. He helped me establish healthy, healing boundaries with my family. He helped me balance my supplements and medication till we found the correct combination. His depth of knowledge and experience regarding psychiatry is vast; especially about ADHD and CPTSD.
