I had a great experience with Glade Walker. He was very pleasant to visit with. I especially appreciated his communication skills; he encouraged me to tell my story without interrupting, validated every one of my concerns as well as actually reading and reviewing the pre-visit questionnaire I had filled out. I felt like my exam was very thorough and we made a plan that included the appropriate referrals. The staff I interacted with were also very kind and attentive.
The staff at the front desk, the NP assistant, and the NP (Glade Welker) were all very kind, helpful, and professional. I really appreciated all the help I received. They were able to answer the questions I had and allay most of my concerns.
