Recently switched our office's shared water account from horrid Sparkletts to Gladden and we are very GLAD! Excellent customer service (thank you, Kim!). A real person answers the phone! Also, they delivered our water and dispenser even faster than expected. This company deserves commendation for good customer service! Thx!

The best water I ever tasted.But this company have awful service and customer service. Never received a bill Over charger your credit card . change delivery date without notification They miss deliveries.and then charged you for their mistake Rude customer service lady over the phone This my is experience with this company for over the past years. love the water
Set up online was easy, and had my water in just a couple of days. I get a reminder call the day before my refills arrive. Pay online. Very hassle free, and so much better then lugging home huge cases of water bottles.
