I went to Glacy's salon at 3 o'clock. I arrived and waited because she was taking care of a child, then she went to get a haircut, and until then everything happened. I kept waiting. I showed her the cut several times, saying that I wanted long bangs in the front and layers in the back. She kept cutting, cutting, cutting. We had agreed to take off 2 inches and my hair was at the line of my bra and now it's above my shoulders. The cut that was supposed to be $35.00 cost me $50.00.
