Excellent customer service, dependable and timely snow removal at a reasonable, fixed season fee. The snow blowers are fast and clear the driveway without destroying the grass or creating excessive snow berms that block my vision.
Our very long driveway was flagged all along, and even though it is long and narrow with an island in the middle, all the snow was totally removed in due time. Great job!
Been using GEM for 3 years for snow removal. They are on top of taking care of my driveway. It takes them a few seconds to clear it up. They pay attention to the weather & are prepared to respond. They send out text messages to let me know they are on the way. I have no complaints.
