One of our large windows, we believe, got severely scratched by one of the newer workers on his team. The replacement cost of the window was quoted of upwards of $800 dollars by a glass replacement company. The owner would not claim responsibility nor help with any replacement costs. After hiring them out twice overall, I recommend going with a different window cleaning company to save the headache if something goes wrong and a window gets damaged/noticeably scratched. First time that we used a professional window cleaning business for our many windows, and Tristan and Jeremy did an excellent job doing inside and outside, plus screens. We will definitely be calling them back! The crew was right on time, speedy but thorough, and reasonably priced.
