When you rent a storage unit, you expect a place to put your stuff and expect it to be secure. There are lots of places that meet those expectations. Glacier West EXCEEDS these expectations in every possible way. Ola was helpful on our initial visit and was wonderful answering questions we had prior to move-in. Fast and easy process! Very easy website to navigate! The office manager Ola was amazing! She promptly contacted me with my reservation and gave me all the options to finalize by phone or by walk in or appointments. She was very sweet and she really finalized the deal just with her knowledge and personality! Definitely makes me want to work with her again!
Jason was extremely professional. Jason asked questions to identify our storage needs and set us up with a U-Haul.
