My experience was great! Even though, I believe her name was Jeanette, was trying to deal with a bunch of people at the same time she was polite, and very helpful to everyone. I would recommend Glacier West to anyone that has storage or Uhaul needs.
Needed a storage unit while packing to move and Jeanette got me the most convenient space. I have rented 3 U-Haul trucks from Glacier West of which both Jeanette and Laura provided excellent customer service. In addition, U-Haul customer service is absolutely the best I've encountered by a national company. I will be a U-Haul customer for life.
Jeanette was very helpful in answering my questions. The manager has always been friendly as well. Great Job!
