Great place, wonderful people! I had a storage with them for about a year and while I had timing related issues with accessing my stuff at night sometimes (they have to close sometime), that was my own fault, not theirs. They were very helpful and understanding when I had any late payments or issues with my unit. Will most likely either use them again or at least recommend them to anyone who needs affordable and good quality storage!
My experience of renting an RV spot at Glacier West was perfect. The place was always clean, the RV spots were well designed. The electric gate always worked. I give them 5 stars.
I recently rented a truck - and beforehand, I had to be absolutely sure that I would be able to pick up it up at precisely 5:00am through U-Haul's app. I was very nervous and came up to the facility on 7/4 (a few days before my scheduled pick up). Hannah called me on the holiday (!) and said she'd be in the office that day until 5:00. I went up (from Gig Harbor) and met with her. Hannah at Glacier West Storage was great to work with. She was helpful, professional, and informative, and she made the whole process easy from start to finish. She may have even kept me from losing my mind a little bit that day. Her smile made my day, and I really appreciated the great customer service.
Awesome customer service. Friendly, helpful and considerate. Called to follow-up and make sure I was happy andbto see if I needed anything else.
