Great customer service, knowledgeable and helpful.
Unfortunately, Mary was extremely rude when dealing with us. As veterans, we are on a fixed monthly income and the due date of the 24th did not work well for our end of month payments that came in. We asked for kindness and understanding and flexibility and were met with rudeness. Should this change, so shall this review. Stay away is my recommendation.
Mary helped me with my move-in. She was quick efficient on point made everything easy for me. Explain the deal for moving in always smiling great customer service. She knows her stuff anything else I’ve had friends recommend me to her because of what I’ve heard.
