Awesome experience with Dana

Super friendly staff and a nicer, modern, secure facility. Only giving four stars because I was given a quote of monthly charges over the phone and a "reservation" after shopping around for the best price, but when actually renting the unit a bunch of other undeclared charges were applied to the first month. A mandatory $21 lock, mandatory $25 admin fee, and a mandatory $13/month insurance fee were all required to get the unit. Not super cheap but my stuff is still there.
Dana was so nice. She helped me get a unit. It took less than 30 minutes for me to get a unit that I was happy with. Great price and great service. Ty Dana for all your help.
