We rented a storage unit for years at this site (when it was Cobalt storage). While we were there we never had issues. Jamie in the office was always helpful and friendly. She actually helped us transfer to another site when we downsized our storage unit.
I have been a customer here for sometime now. This place is great, close to home, clean and secure. The staff here is a cut above ( Jamie ). I recently went in to get an additional unit and after talking it over with the staff on site it was cheaper to just get a bigger unit. Most places would have just let me get another unit and the pay $100 extra. Jamie even called and checked in with me asking if the new unit was working out for me. I have never had this before with a storage company. Great work! Keep it up!!
It was nice to deal with friendly staff,and the parking was awesome
Jamie Randall the property manager was very professional and nice to work with. She answered all my questions I had and was very helpful.
