I had a great experience getting a storage unit at Glacier West Self Storage - Frederickson. The property manager Cindy was fantastic! She was so patient as I asked all of my many questions and answered every one of them. She gave great advice, really knowledgeable of all things Glacier West Self Storage!! Thank you, Cindy, for making being a first time Self Storage customer such a great experience! Glacier West is lucky to have you!

Kristine (the office manager) was outstanding. She has fantastic attitude, went over & above to help my sister and me, and was overall capable, friendly, & NICE! Amazingly, 3 months after only meeting my sister and me once, Kristine remembered our situation with my brother and why we needed a unit & wished him well. That kind of recall was so personable and made us feel like we mattered. Clean. Easy reserve and to rent a unit it is easily done online for convenience. Been here for a year now and no problems so far.

I have had numerous interactions with Glacier West employees. I have always found them to be very pleasant to work with. They are very competent and thorough and work hard to make sure the customers needs are tended to in an efficient manner.
