Great space, great staff.
The two ladies at the front desk were amazing. Just went to rent a utility trailer but they were both helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
I am not really used on leaving reviews, but this place really met my expectations of how secure, clean and organized its kept. Also the great and friendly staff that works here. People that takes care of you when you need them. A Big thank you Tiffany and Brandi for always going the extra mile! Always friendly, with a smile since day one, always on top of things, always willing to help!
We scheduled our rental to transport a vehicle to Texas. When we arrived we need extra attention and tools to get the trailer installed. Tiffany and Brandi along with a couple of male staff went above and beyond to assist us in every aspect of the process. They remained professional and most importantly, patient. I experienced the highest levels of customer service during this visit. Thanks a bunch team! Oh, btw Jerry Haynes is the customer.
