My entire family had a session in the salt cave and it was fantastic. My husband and I came from San Diego with lingering coughs. The cave also has a halo treatment that that blew in salt air. The little tykes played in the fine ground salt with toys, the teenagers laid in the salt and cat napped, the adults reclined in chairs and had such a nice visit in the wonderful ambiance of the cave. We went with a group today and had a great time, the cave is wonderful and my family is looking forward to going again soon.
It was a great atmosphere and my son loved it! We left there feeling energized and relaxed, at the same time if that makes sense! It's something great for the whole family.
I purchased a salt lamp and placed it in my daughters room it has helped her sleep well and keeps the room smelling good. I am hooked. The salt cave was also an amazing experience.
I just had a massage with Bri, and I must say it was incredible... and perfect. She's consistent to whatever depth of massage you request throughout the whole session, and checks in with you occasionally to ensure you're getting what you need. The room was quiet and beautiful with lighted pink salt brick walls. Very relaxing just to walk in the room. Excellent spa and people!
The mud facial was very relaxing, and my 13 month old enjoyed playing in the cave with the sand toys!
I went for a massage with Bri, not only was the massage therapy fantastic, I also chose to add Halotherapy. I feel great! This is a must visit location if you are looking for excellent service in a therapeutic atmosphere.
Love to just come and sit in the large salt cave. I'm so happy there yoga in the cave now.
