This was my first time and my mom's!! My sisters and their children all came to do a relaxing and yet fun Mother's Day gathering. So relaxing!! I will be back!!
Love, love, love this place! Helped my skin and cleared up a sinus infection. Have to visit every time I'm in town.

I did a lunch session at the Salt Cave today with the hope to build up my immunity since I have a case of cold and flu going through my house. Char is so pleasant and knowledgeable and gave me great ideas on how to use my Salt Sole in other ways. I would highly recommend visiting this local establishment and investing in the products it has to offer.
Loved the customer service! And I am so excited to try Himalayan Salt Sole and feel the benefits of doing it! I also got a beutiful salt lamp and cant wait to get home and set it up! I will definitely be back and try some of their other things that they offer!
I decided to try the Salt Cave for the first time after waking up with ear pressure, sinus pressure, just feeling out of it. What a difference it made! Once I was able to turn my brain off and relax in the quiet warm room, I was able to drift off to sleep. Upon leaving the room l realized my earache was gone, the sinus pressure was gone and I was feeling better! What a relief! I will definitely be back! I highly recommend the Salt a Cave especially when feeling out of sorts or when having respiratory problems!
