Extremely Disappointed with Trico Homes and Their Customer Service It has been over 14 months since we first reported a broken fridge in our brand new Trico home, an issue we noticed even before getting the keys. One of the vegetable drawers inside the fridge was broken from the beginning. We immediately reported this to the sales manager, but instead of offering a proper solution, he said, "Who will replace the fridge for this kind of issue? This post is long over due. I had the pleasure of building my first home with Trico and associates. As a single female trying to build my own home I felt intimidated, confused and lost. But the moment I stepped in to one of the show homes and met Justin things changed. He held my hand through the entire process. He helped me envision my new home. I visited your trico show home in the Glacier Ridge location and met with Justin Rampersad who did a splendid demonstration of the show homes. I asked a lot of questions and he shared indept and knowledgeable information on your products and processes . I would definitely recommend him to my friends and other family. He is so personable and made the experience very enjoyable at your show home . Excellent customer service.

I recently had my home built by Trico Homes, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Their team was professional, detail-oriented, and truly committed to making the process as smooth as possible. One of the highlights of working with Trico was the studio session where I got to choose my interior design. This personalized experience allowed me to make my home truly my own. UPDATE: Since last post Trico staff reached out to me, however unfortunately it only seemed to make the things worse than better. 1. They told me that the repair would require changing the entire flooring of the main floor, rather than the previously estimated ~40%. And they’ll need to order the same material from Toronto where shipment will take 2 weeks, making the repair timeline extended by another 3-4 weeks while Trico still refuse to make a compensation regarding the loss of dwelling value caused by such damage, despite... read more
