We originally were working with Gunnar Moe to find our first home. After talking with our lender, it was recommended to us to go with a realtor who specializes in first time home buying so that they can not only have extra patience with us, but adapt to our situation. We let Gunnar know that at that time we were going to be exploring realtor options and he still was one, which is when he sharply responded that his time is not to be wasted.
