I called for an inquery and was answered in a professional and helpful manner. After sending photos of my issue, they resoved it over the phone without any further need of assistance. That customer service will bring me back to them when I need assistance.

We had just purchased our new property when we realized for the size of our property, we would need a sprinkler system. We were going to need something that was cost effective,easy to operate and required little to no maintenance. Our friend suggested we request a quote from Glacier Irrigation, which was free. Don’t bother calling anybody else in the valley. I called around 10 different companies trying to get someone to help me with a small sprinkler system. Everyone blew me off, didn’t return my calls or emails and when I finally did get someone on the line, I was told that it would cost a ton and wouldn’t be this year. Glacier irrigation picked up on the first call, came out right away (way after the end of an average mans work day), gave me an accurate bid/timeline and delivered perfectly.
