Tom is the ultimate professional and business owner. I have contacted him on a few occasions, outside of normal business hours and right in the middle of his peak seasons. The customer service from Tommy and his team is second to none. This heat pump was installed 19 years ago by Tommy and has been flawless. I love supporting local businesses and will continue to do business with Glacier. Jenny was awesome at communicating and scheduling. Cannon did an amazing job at troubleshooting and keeping me updated. He had me running within hours and it has, working great ever since.
