Worse place ever worked! Ground maintenance managers are a joke!!!
Administration is extremely BAD. They Lie to your face and get upset when you question them about anything. In fact the Administrator told my husband in front of me that she knows I am getting a lawyer and will win lots of money.... Makes you wonder what other things they have done wrong. Hubby is out of there....found put they were over drugging him... no wonder he was lifeless
Response time in rehab building tends to be slow. Too many patients for each nurse and aide.
Very nice building Pleasant staff food is good need Improvement on pain management but other than that I'd recommend it
I am posting this for Charles Poshadlo who was at your facility for 2 weeks and said that he was treated with wonderful and outstanding care, and the nurses, aides, along with the cleaning workers were a delight to be around for his extended stay after a major operation at the University of Michigan.
