I have had people push to sell me a new furnace or air conditioner that I know I do not need. Jim is a whole different story! He is extremely knowledgable, reliable, competent, polite, prompt, friendly--absolutely everything one could ask for. Highly recommend this company in our Plainfield area. They care and listen to the consumer and go above and beyond to help and get answers to questions . They just added a whole house humidifier to our furnace and Jim the owner was wonderful. We will be doing more business with this company in the future for sure!
