I was told that I needed a compactor and the cost was 280$ for the parts not knowing I worked at a air conditioner company for almost 40 years.. my son goggles the parts and it was only $20 and they got very upset and was rude because I should him the price..he had quoted me almost $500 to fix the problem so please be aware and goggles before you pay for overpriced stuff.. I have recommended them to others people in the past but they lost a good customer..
These guys are excellent. We needed a new thermostat and it wasn't a quick fix apparently. The technician was extremely polite and helpful and got everything taken care of for us to get our AC working again. We won't be using anyone else in the future.
Mr. Colt came today, and his performance was excellent, he is a very knowledgeable person and very friendly, explaining step by step the problems with my AMANA external and attic unit, based on my previous experience, with other Arico companies...he is the best, from now on is only, GLACIER COOLING for my home .
Best customer service in the area. They care and go out of their way to get you back running. Can't thank them enough.
