One of their drivers pulled out into traffic with his dumptruck and trailer with not enough time or room and caused and accident. The vehicle had crashed into their trailer that was not out of the way in time. Tried not calling the police to deal with it internally, bystanders called the police and from what we were told they are now trying to say that the driver of the other vehicle was at fault when they pulled out infront of her, there truck was completely fine as her vehicle is now totaled.
