This place is amazing! Vince French, the owner, just saved my butt. I went in there and asked him for an estimate and told him my sad story -- and it IS a sad story -- and I guess he felt so bad for me that he had me drive my car into a bay door and fixed my problem in like 5 minutes. I could not believe it! He AND his son Brandon were SO nice to me I literally just wanted to cry. I was like "No, NO! You don't need to fix it. Small business taking care of their customers. They gave me a fair quote on replacing a window. They said if I put in a used part it would cost less. I decided to go with the new parts. To my surprise when I picked up my truck the price was the lower quote. They got the dealer to price match the window, and they passed the savings on to me.
In my opinion, the best body shop from Anchorage to Wasilla. Very thorough and easy to work with. More than willing to go "the extra mile" to satisfy the customer abd Completing work on time has never been an issue. Good honest and quality work foran honest dollar... Will and do recommend glacier to all my friends and family.
