After the nightmare of my handlebars snapping in the middle, J&L in Sioux Falls was the first call and after that phone call they lost all of my business. Called up Glacial lakes and talked to Tommy and worked with Chris and needless to say, I won’t go anywhere else but to this Harley dealer from now on Outstanding customer service and treated me like I was their only customer. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had.
Nothing but great service from these guys. Chris and Tommy are a couple of very knowledgeable fellas and bring the true meaning of customer service to the table!

Great group of guy’s to work with... Keep going back an forth between a Street Bob and a Street Glide they gave the pros and cons of both bikes. Gave me a few days to think it over no pressure at all. They ended up finding me a lowered street glide that was in my budget.
